Submissions admin needed

Hello!

As the group is growing at a fast rate I'd love some help with the submissions voting. Only thing you need to do is check in a couple of times a week to see if there's big build-up of submissions. Personally I don't get to keep the inbox empty as much as I'd like to with all the awesome landscapes you guys have.

Admin need to:
Check in at least once a week to view submissions.
Notify submitter when A: we receive 2 submissions of the same piece (we can only accept one and reject the other. It's a bug I believe) B: Piece is submitted to wrong folder.
